Safari Means Journey

The word safari simply means journey in Swahili. It can be a journey to anywhere. But journey also implies change. From the moment you decide to go, your journey begins. All journeys require preparation, not just packing, but also spiritual and personal reflection. Usually the better you prepare, the better the journey.

A Lasallian Safari is a journey with a mission: Christian Education with a preferential option for the poor. This means that on all our safaris there will be an educational or service component. We will visit or work in ministries run by the Brothers of Christian Schools.
